Refund policy

At TENSION, we take pride in the quality of our garments. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at tension.apparel3@gmail.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a tracked Australia Post service

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet our return conditions.
